Programs

Educational initiatives of The College of Physicians of Philadelphia and the Mütter Museum.
The Center for Education develops and implements programming that utilizes the many resources of The College of Physicians of Philadelphia and the Mütter Museum to educate and inform health professionals and the public. Our current offerings include after-school and mentoring programs for high school students, college students, graduate public health students, and early-career professionals, along with group visits to the Mütter Museum and more.
Hinkson Holloway Mentorship Program

The Hinkson Hollow Mentorship Program connects students pursuing the health professions and early-career professionals who intend to pursue a career in medicine with College Fellows.
Wohlreich Junior Fellows Program

The George and Judy Wohlreich Junior Fellows program is an after-school program for Philadelphia high school students interested in science, technology, and medicine. Students will draw upon the unique resources of the College’s collections and will develop a mentored independent research project over the course of the academic year.
Public Health Graduate Student Mentorship Program

This mentoring program is designed to help graduate public health students in the Philadelphia region succeed in school, build professional networks, and make a smoother transition into their first public health roles. A small cohort will participate throughout the academic year.
Museum Lessons

Education at the Museum happens in many ways. Group visits and tours are available for classes and other groups. We offer Mütter Lessons to enhance Museum visits. And, if you can’t bring your class to the Mütter, we can bring the Mütter to you!
